Description

We are seeking a Waiter to join the team at our facility in the Somerset West. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests and residents are served with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. (Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the Somerset West area)

Responsibilities

• Changing table linen as required and ensuring dirty or damaged linen is counted and exchanged for clean, usable items
• Cleaning and refilling cruet and condiment sets
• Setting tables to laid-down standards, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair
• Maintain designated areas to meet required hygiene standards
• Have thorough knowledge of all menu items to confidently recommend or explain options to residents

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF4
